Partnership:           

We aim to work in collaboration with our parents and partners in a professional manner. Our support is given to those that need it, at a time when needed. We show responsiveness to all we work with on a partnership basis and endeavour to be motivated to try our upmost best to succeed in all we do.

 

Integrity:

Above all we are honest with each other, we are all accountable for our actions and actions that we take against each other whether it is other staff members or partners we work with. We have a right to be respected and have a duty to respect others. We can show strength in being objective if portrayed in a positive way.

 

Caring:

All the staff have a genuine interest in children and are very responsive to children’s interests and ideas ensuring the children are the heart of everything we do. We build great relationships with children and parents which helps us develop a good understanding of what children need, this also shows we are flexible to accommodate the differing needs of children and their families. We create a learning environment where all children can grow and develop but also recognise and value the importance of play.

 

Safeguarding:

Safeguarding and safety are very important to us. We as staff take these areas very seriously as we want a safe and secure environment for our children. We pride ourselves in making our setting a safe environment with the help from parents following our general rules of the setting. Our staff work with children and parents to ensure the welfare and safety of children and to give them the very best start in life. Children have the right to be treated with respect and to be safe from any abuse in whatever form.
